We make our sandwiches for you so any dietary needs will happily be met. We have gluten free bread available, we make all our condiments in house, so we know exactly what the ingredients are. Our staff are more than happy to suggest delicious alternatives to dairy or meat products, and more than happy to create your perfect sandwich.

Choose a platter busting selection of sandwiches from below:

Free range organic chicken, with local goat's cheese, organic cherry tomatoes, lettuce and garlic rubbed sourdough

Organic bacon, homemade tomato chutney, local goat's cheese and organic greens.

Braised artichokes (braised in olive oil, lemon, rosemary, onion and chili),ricotta cheese, homemade pine nut currant relish.

Traditional Club Sandwich Roasted organic chicken, organic bacon, homemade herb mayonnaise, organic tomatoes, organic greens served on 3 slices of sourdough

Organic Bacon & Avocado homemade herb mayonnaise with lemon dressed organic greens

Chickpea Korma (VE) A mild chickpea curry served with apple,cilantro and greens.

Our platter consists of a sample of three of our fresh, homemade desserts.

Our selection usually contains such delightful treats as english shortbread, meringues, dark chocolate & cherry brownies, lemon drizzle cake and ginger biscuits.

The selection varies daily, but with a little notice we will ensure your favorite dessert is included in your order.

We're happy to cater for events, meetings or a particularly hungry group of friends.

Choose a platter busting selection of sandwiches and salads from the selection below. And, because we like things to be as fresh as possible, please place your orders before 3pm the preceding day so we always have enough of everything. Of course, if you have a specific request we'll always do our very best to accommodate it.

The minimum catering order is for 5 people at $12 per person. Orders are delivered free within the central business district (Ottawa's not Tokyo's obviously). Beyond this, we add a delivery surcharge.
